Dave is a former music school owner and founder of Dave Simon’s Rock School, which he operated from 2003–2019. After navigating the 2008 recession, he restructured his programs to improve retention, margin, and long-term stability. Today, Dave works with owners exploring transition and growth, bringing firsthand operator experience and practical financial insight to every conversation.
Amie is a former studio owner, lifelong dancer, and arts entrepreneur with a background in entertainment industry business. She now guides studio owners through the process of evaluating and selling their businesses, bringing firsthand experience and industry insight to every conversation. Based in Alabama, Amie is passionate about helping owners build value and plan their next chapter.
Jeff founded Ensemble Performing Arts in 2019, combining his passion for music with his background in investing. Since launching with a single school in Colorado, he has led the growth of Ensemble into a national platform supporting music schools, dance studios, and merchants. With prior experience at Bain Capital and other institutional investment firms, Jeff brings a disciplined financial perspective and long-term vision to every conversation about growth and transition.
